on November 14, 2010You have some amazing photos here! I especially love the large cats and you've certainly managed to capture their beauty and ferocity. Thank you for showing these - just incredible!!

on November 17, 2006Woah ho ho! You are one bad ass photographer!!!! Were these taken in the Pantanal? Dang dude... these cameos are given me the tingles... they should be on National Geographic! A year and a half ago I married a Brazilian beauty and my eyes have been opened to these ferocious yet ever majestic kitties... the natives call them Onca Pintada. I have visited both the Peruvian Amazon (Iquitios) and the Atlantic forests of Iguassu but never actually encountered a wild jag. I held a domesticated Ocelot... that was fun!! I'm just curious... was he snarling at you or some other dumb animal??

P.S. How might I obtain three of these for my journal/ biological album? I would be willing to sign a consent form that says that they are for personal, non-commercial use.
